Michael Moore is supporting two anti-war protests this weekend. People will be bused in from all over the United States to gather in San Francisco and Washington, D.C. The Coalition for Peace Action (the same people who brought us the Princeton Dar Williams concerts the past few years) are organizing the bus trip to Washington from Princeton.
There was a protest in DC this weekend? Totally missed it–and I was downtown last night and today.
Update: Saw the article about it in the Post. 100,000 people. I would’ve heard about it if it was on a weekday and affected traffic.
The temp here at work took a bus down from New York to D.C. He really enjoyed it… that’s all he’s said about it so far.
