I went to a Yankees game with the office today. Rather, I went with the people from the office. We left before the end of the game, at which point the score was 8-1 in favor of the Orioles. The Yanks ended up losing 10-3. I thought the Yankees were supposed to be a good team. Karma?
The only thing really keeping the ball game interesting was that we happened to sit in a section of the “Tier” where most of the foul balls hit by right-handed hitters went. People all around us went home with a free, round souvenir.

It’s true that there weren’t many fans in the stadium at all… but even among only thousands, I didn’t see Devon.
That is funny… you know, i went to the yankees-orioles game on mothers day, and they lost then too… tied 5-5 in the 9th and then lost 10-5. it was sad. but i had awesome seats!
You can’t win every game, but the Yankees suck this year. They are showing their age, but should make the playoffs.
They are showing their age — and that’s what makes them a great team. Loyalty and longevity. And lots and lots and lots of cash. 🙂
