In early January, I posted my plan of action for 2005. How did I do?
Part I: I didn’t really progress anywhere here. 2006 for sure.
Part II: I’ve made progress on A and B. I’m leaning away from law school at this point. I’m not convinced it’s the right thing for me, and it’s a huge investment for not knowing. I’ve made progress on C as well, though I usually make it through two interviews only to be not selected in the final hour of decision or to determine myself that it’s not worth it.
Part III: Excellent progress here.
My resolutions for 2006 have been posted on my other website, although they’re somewhat money related, as the topic of my other blog is personal finance.
What would really be funny is if “reconcile with my past” meant “reunite with former barely-memorable auxiliary BBS personality, invite him to clog up my blogs with inane posts”.
Oh wait, that couldn’t be me. I was never invited.
Doob, I think you’d quailfy as “mostly memorable.” PJ’s fucking delicious banana pancakes, which is what those menus should have said, has always been foremost in my mind… for the last twelve years or so.
Holy crap, I totally forgot about PJ’s. Who exactly was there that day?
Holy Christ, dude! How could you forget about the fuckin’ delicious pancakes? That was a defining moment in our young lives! 🙂
Whoa. I’m, like, flattered. You guys make me feel like a latter day Harold “What is this, a morgue?” Zoid.
Who was there that day? I thought it was Darren and maybe Assenav. Spike, I forgot you were there. This may sound blasphemous but, although I remember meeting, I had forgotten the day’s itinerary. If I recall correctly, it might have might have ended in Darren’s basement with a poorly improvised D&D game and Abba music. I also remember someone’s ferrets.
