Becca’s right I’m afraid — I love cats, but that’s an awful lot of kittens.
Of course, you can’t adopt unspayed cats from shelters or anywhere else in California anymore — except show cats from breeders, I suppose. But even they have to have special licenses for it. I’ve always prefered barncats to purebreeds, so I hope once the problem gets under control, some of the regulations get relaxed a bit.
