I went to a place and they had creaky rice too and I asked our asian waiter what it was and he said, “Is a rice… y’know… rice?” while holding his fingers up to show a tiny bit of invisible rice. So I ordered something different, pine nuts and corn which is amazing, but I need to know creaky!
