As it is the spring, it’s time for me to start taking advantage of our apartment complex’s weight/work-out room, the use of which is included in our rent. I’m going to do two nights a week, Tuesday and Thursday… and maybe a few hours on a weekend morning. Instead of sleeping in until 11:00 or 12:00, I can get up early and do something constructive for a few hours and then have more energy to get things accomplished before the afternoon. That’s what I’m hoping I can force myself to do.
