In this article the CEO of a health benefits company extolled the virtue of companies recognizing employees’ needs to “balance their lives with their family.” I distinctly remember a former emploYEAr of mine telling me distinctly that nothing could be accomplished with a balanced life.
That has to be the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. I’m so glad you don’t work for those a**holes anymore.
Obviously, other people in the organization are also having issues balancing their lives… in the last month, two more people have left, either by the boss’s choice, their choice, or both.
