Here’s an update. My father actually works across the street from (what was) the World Trade Center. He probably evacuated early on and was able to catch the last ferry out of the city. Apparently, he’s a bit shaken up after seeing some gruesome stuff. I probably won’t be able to contact him until tonight.
Glad to hear that your dad is okay. I had a friend in the first tower to be hit. He was able to get out of the building before it collapsed. Sadly, my brother has lost friends in NY and in DC. We all need a hug.

Another update. I talked to my father this afternoon. He’s okay, but I’m pretty sure his office building is no longer standing.
I am VERY glad to hear that your father is okay. I feel very fortunate to not have lost anyone I know in this tragedy…
sooo happy to hear that you and your father are alright …
You and your dad deserve a hug, Spike. And luckily I happen to be a very good hugger.
*hug*

Glad to hear you and your dad are okay. I’ve seen many, many pictures but still can’t quite get my mind around it all. Hug.
