Back to New Jersey. Back to cold, wet New Jersey. Some time in the near future I’ll talk about my time in Los Angeles, Big Sur, San Francisco, and all the places in between. I have lots of pictures to share, too. I’m really not so much enamored with the US east coast anymore.

California, here I come! Well actually, that should be Chalfont, Pennsylvania, here I come! The flight to Los Angeles isn’t until tomorrow morning, so I’m heading over to Alissa‘s. Don’t know if I’ll have access to update my journal too often while I’m away. But you won’t miss me anyway, I’m sure.

Bryan scooped me on this, but someone at Shockwave was incredibly cool and put together a movie using Storm Thorgerson’s animations from the Pink Floyd live show and set it to music from the album, Wish You Were Here. The Flash work is alright — it’s not as smooth as it could be, but it’s still pretty cool.

“Wilson” wins Broadcast Film Critic Association’s “Best Inanimate Object” Award for his role opposite Tom Hanks in Cast Away.

What is wrong with me? Why do I keep searching out and playing Brittney Spears songs? What’s going on? Someone with their roots in the evilest of all evils has taken control of my mind, baby, one more time!

I found a roommate to take Bryan’s place here. She’s actually a friend of a friend, which is much better than inviting a complete stranger to live with you. Even though she’s not moving in until the end of the month, she offered to pay January’s rent as well. That’s pretty cool.

Anyway, it will be time soon to look for a new place. The office is supposedly moving to Asbury Park. Anyone know of any decent places to live between Princeton and Asbury Park? At least I’ll always be the first to know whenever Springsteen’s in town.
