My scanner is officially a piece of crap. From now on, I should actually do research before buying computer products. Anyone know how to fix an HP ScanJet 3300C so it actually works? I already got the latest drivers and patches, and it still won’t run consistently. Now it won’t scan at all. Put a little bit of a damper on things like, I don’t know, web design.

I stepped out of my car and closed my door. The window was open. I looked up at the sky and thought to myself, It looks like it might rain later today. I looked at my open window again.

I proceeded to walk into my office.

Later, I went to Grand Union to get food for lunch — a short walk. As I was walking back, I passed my car. I found myself looking at my window, then up at the sky. I thought, It looks like it might rain later. I shrugged and walked inside.

It is now 2:30 or so in the afternoon and as I peer outside my office window, I see the rain coming down. Sigh.

The authentic future??

Amazing! So this guy I

Tom talks about the future of business and new ideas needed to stay ahead of the game. The place where I work attempts to follow many of his philosophies.

Yes, it’s that time again.

Yes, it’s that time again. Every six months I transfer my credit card balance to a new credit card, for which I’ve been pre-approved for an extremely low percentage rate on account transfers. These offers seem to come at just the right time, too.
